Jason Su, Managing Director
Jason has served in various roles throughout his career, covering roles from private equity analyst to funds lawyer, and from corporate restructuring to investment manager. In FVCIP, Jason takes on the responsibility of advocating and advising on matters related to corporate governance and restructuring. He is most passionate about providing hands-on support to companies to help solve problems, grow and access the right markets
Alvin Ng, Director
Alvin brings significant expertise in enabling innovation and commercialization, currently leading the accelerator and innovation program at FVCIP. His pivotal roles range from overseeing large-scale national R&D initiatives to facilitating industry-academia collaborations, and driving business development in high-growth deeptech startups. With an extensive track record in acceleration programs, both locally and globally, Alvin utilizes his knowledge and extensive network in the APAC region to offer valuable insights and support to startups.
Amy Ng, Senior Associate
Amy leads the corporate secretarial arm at FVCIP, working closely with businesses to offer timely support, identify associated risks, and ensure compliance with regulations. Amy also manages the bookkeeping for businesses, actively assisting in the preparation of financial reports
Connie Kon, Corporate Secretarial Executive
Connie specializes in providing corporate secretary services and previously served as a lecturer at a university, teaching corporate governance. With expertise in maintaining optimal compliance and corporate governance structures, she takes on a role at FVCIP where her responsibilities range from drafting resolutions to reporting. Connie is dedicated to keeping records up to date to ensure compliance with regulations.
